This webinar is an introduction to evaluation; what it is and why it’s so important across every area in Somerset Council. Real-world examples from Somerset Council will be used to share principles and best practices. This session will act as a useful reminder of how evaluation can support decision making and budget considerations.

There will be subsequent webinars that focus on specific tools, frameworks, processes, common challenges and how to problem solve.
